Servant Leadership Experience provides training and service opportunities to help junior and senior high students live out the example of being a servant leader for Christ. We partner with existing service programs to help others in need while learning in a top-notch conference setting about how to be a servant leader.

Servant Leadership Experience exists to help students in their journey of spiritual transformation through quality leadership training and service opportunities.  We hope you will join us this summer as we unite together to help serve the physically, financially and emotionally poor of the world, and where your students will be envisioned, equipped and empowered to live a life that extends beyond their needs to meet the needs of others.  They will experience first hand the value of being a servant leader and learn how to apply that value to their lives not just for one week, but also for every day of their lives.

Who: Servant Leadership Experience is a ministry of LEAD222, an organization dedicated to building a community of student ministry leaders that sharpen one another in personal character and professional skills.

What: An opportunity for youth leaders to bring their ministry groups to partner with existing service programs to help others in need and learn in a top-notch conference setting about how to be a servant leader.  We begin each day with a morning devotional and have evening sessions of worship and messages featuring dynamic teachers who relate to the issues and concerns of today’s youth.
